Most of us walk around believing our thoughts are just the facts – that feelings just happen upon us – and that our results are determined by external things and circumstances of our lives.
They are not.
It’s always our thinking.
I know this first hand. I lived it.
A few years ago, I became convinced that I was ill and even dying. Yes, I had some concerning symptoms. No, I was not a hypercondriac. And I wasn’t depressed.
MY THOUGHTS JUST GOT OUT AHEAD OF ME, and the story was telling myself about what my symptoms meant- created so much fear. So much unnecessary suffering.
The ultimate source of my pain? My thinking.
Guess what? The source of all our pain? Our thinking.
Understanding this – that my thinking was the source of my pain,
Transformative.
Understanding my thinking was also the KEY to creating all my joy and everting in life I wanted –
Mind blowing.
Because understanding this concept intellectually from books and blogs is one thing. On paper, It makes sense. BUT learning the tools to actually apply it to your life is well, life changing.

So, I am on a mission, to share all that I have learned with women in their 40s and 50s, because I believe THIS is the missing piece in our wellness journey.
We already know A LOT. We have so much information about what to do. We may even have an effective plan. And yet, so many of us are stuck.
This time of transition and change in our lives – – physical, emotional and logistical, can create SO MANY obstacles and blind spots for us.
And all of that can have really negative effects on our health – sleep, weight, motivation and energy – if you don’t ALSO manage your mind.
Whatever it is you want – whether it’s more sleep, less weight, consistent exercise or being able to stick to your healthy eating – there is reason you’re not getting the results you want. But you can learn how to change it – and do all the things you want to be doing, to get different results in your life.
